I started making my own hair and skin products in February 2009, and since that time, I've created several different products. In 2021, I came across a study which found that Grapefruit Oil helped to reduce abdominal fat in post menopausal women, so I created an Abdominal Balm which contains 3% Grapefruit Oil. I began to use my Abdominal Balm in conjunction with my exercise and nutrition programme and I was able to lose inches from abdominal area.
